<p>Position Overview</p>

<p>LRS Federal is seeking a qualified&nbsp;Construction Project Manager&nbsp;to join our team in&nbsp;Whiteriver, AZ. This position will be responsible for leading construction and Design/Build projects from planning through final execution for a federal healthcare system. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in project delivery, schedule management, cost control, and stakeholder coordination on complex facilities, ensuring strict compliance with client expectations and safety standards. Extra points for any hospital or healthcare related experience or certifications</p>

<p>Qualification Requirements</p>

<p>Minimum Education &amp; Experience</p>

<ul>

<li>Education / Alternate Experience:

<ul>

<li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.</li>

<li>OR a minimum of&nbsp;10 years&nbsp;of progressively responsible construction project management experience (subject to Government approval) in lieu of a degree.</li>

</ul>

</li>

<li>Years of Experience:&nbsp;Minimum of&nbsp;7 years&nbsp;of verifiable experience managing construction or renovation projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.</li>

<li>Track Record:&nbsp;Must have successfully served as the primary Project Manager on&nbsp;at least three (3) projects&nbsp;of similar size and complexity.</li>

<li>Specialized Experience:&nbsp;Experience with&nbsp;healthcare facilities&nbsp;or similarly regulated environments is&nbsp;preferred.</li>

<li>Schedule Management:&nbsp;Developing, maintaining, and controlling critical path project schedules using standard industry tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).</li>

<li>Cost Control:&nbsp;Managing project budgets, forecasts, change orders, and financial reporting.</li>

<li>Risk Management:&nbsp;Identifying, evaluating, and mitigating project risks before they impact cost, schedule, or quality.</li>

<li>Stakeholder Coordination:&nbsp;Effectively communicating and aligning priorities across client reps, subcontractors, end-users, and governing authorities.</li>

<li>Construction Contract Administration:&nbsp;Managing daily submittals, RFIs, pay applications, and contract compliance.</li>

<p>Key Responsibilities</p>

<ul>

<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for daily field operations, contract administration, and project status updates.</li>

<li>Oversee subcontractors and field staff to ensure adherence to technical specifications, local codes, and federal or healthcare safety guidelines.</li>

<li>Lead weekly project progress meetings, risk assessments, and schedule alignment reviews.</li>

<li>Manage project closeout, including punch lists, commissioning coordination, as-built document submissions, and final inspections.</li>
