<p><strong>Team Rubicon (TR)&nbsp;</strong>is seeking an&nbsp;<strong>Associate,&nbsp;Mission&nbsp;Support</strong>&nbsp;<strong>(Logistics)</strong>&nbsp;to join our&nbsp;<strong>Programs</strong>&nbsp;x&nbsp;<strong>Domestic</strong>&nbsp;<strong>Operations – Mission Support</strong>&nbsp;(<strong>MSB</strong>) team!<strong>&nbsp;</strong>The&nbsp;Associate, Mission Support (Logistics)&nbsp;will&nbsp;collaboratively and cooperatively work within their team and cross-functional teams. This will require working with competing priorities and keeping multiple stakeholders appraising&nbsp;decisions. The Associate,&nbsp;Mission&nbsp;Support (Logistics) will&nbsp;provide functional support to Team Rubicon’s Logistics&nbsp;supporting day-to-day&nbsp;logistics&nbsp;operations. This role includes coordination of facilities, fleet, trailers, equipment caches, and warehouse supplies while supporting the&nbsp;timely&nbsp;execution of&nbsp;logistics&nbsp;efforts across multiple geographical locations. The&nbsp;Associate, Mission Support (Logistics)&nbsp;works closely with internal teams, volunteers, contractors, and external partners to keep operations organized, efficient, and cost-effective.&nbsp;This&nbsp;position requires strong organizational and communication skills, comfort managing competing priorities, and the ability to collaborate across functional and geographic teams. The&nbsp;Associate, Mission Support (Logistics)&nbsp;will help connect branch teams with&nbsp;logistics&nbsp;support functions, promote consistent processes, and contribute to Team Rubicon’s ability to respond rapidly and locally to disasters.</p>

This position reports to TR’s <strong>Manager, Mission Support (Logistics)</strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;is&nbsp;based out of our <strong>National Operations Center </strong>(<strong>NOC</strong>) located in Atlanta, Georgia.</p>

<p><strong>Duties:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Support warehouse operations, including procurement, receiving, storage, organization, inventory control, and distribution of mission-critical equipment and supplies.</li>

<li>Maintain accurate inventory records and asset accountability through regular audits, cycle counts, reconciliation efforts, inventory reporting, and trend analysis.</li>

<li>Coordinate daily on-site support requirements for the National Operations Center (NOC), including receiving and sending packages, scheduling and monitoring of building maintenance, and general upkeep of the facility.</li>

<li>Track the movement, status, and availability of fleet vehicles, trailers, equipment, and supplies to identify replenishment requirements, reduce shortages, and improve resource availability.</li>

<li>Coordinate preventive maintenance, inspection, and repair schedules for vehicles, trailers, and operational equipment, ensuring assets remain deployable and compliant.</li>
