<p>At Anti-Pesto Bug Killers, we don’t just eliminate pests, we protect homes, businesses, and reputations.</p>

<p>We’re looking for a driven, field-ready professional who can generate business, inspect properties, and close deals, not someone looking for their first job or a slow-paced environment.</p>

<p>This is a sales-first, quota-carrying role. You will be expected to prospect, think critically in the field, and consistently produce results.</p>

<p>If you’ve never been responsible for hitting numbers or managing your own pipeline, this won’t be the right fit.</p>

<p>What You’ll Be Doing</p>

<ul>

<li>Prospect daily: knocking doors, making calls, building relationships, and creating your own opportunities</li>

<li>Perform detailed inspections for rodent activity, entry points, and termite presence (attics, crawlspaces)</li>

<li>Identify species, assess severity, and determine the right solution</li>

<li>Present findings and confidently recommend treatment plans</li>

<li>Close new business and manage your pipeline from first contact to signed agreement</li>

<li>Track activity, inspections, and revenue</li>

</ul>

<p>What This Role Demands</p>

<ul>

<li>Proven ability to sell and close</li>

<li>Comfort working independently in the field with minimal supervision</li>

<li>Willingness to prospect consistently. While leads are provided, this is not a “wait for leads” role</li>

<li>Ability to think on your feet during inspections and communicate clearly with decision makers and home owners.&nbsp;</li>

<p>Requirements</p>

<ul>

<li>Demonstrated success in sales, field service, or a performance-based role</li>

<li>Strong communication and problem-solving ability</li>

<li>Valid Florida driver’s license</li>

<li>Clean background and drug-free</li>

<li>Comfortable working in field environments (attics, crawlspaces, etc.)</li>
