<p>Lockheed Martin is looking for a Program and Customer Rep in the Lexington, KY area. The role will work full-time onsite at our Bluegrass Station facility performing program and logistical duties. This person will develop and maintain positive customer relations; coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. Controls the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements.</p><p>Responsiblities will include, but are not limited to the following:</p><ul><li>Coordinating directly with customers on the complete life cycle of sensitive Repair & Return items.</li><li>Accountable for accurate counts on sensitive item Repair & Return inventory.</li><li>Execute the issuance of government contract equipment to supported customers as directed by taskings.</li><li>Coordinate directly with internal and external customers to execute requirements and resolve issues.</li></ul><p> </p><h2>Basic Qualifications</h2>
<ul><li>Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Must possess excellent customer service skills.</li><li>Logistics experience required.</li><li>Must be detail oriented and possess excellent organizations skills.</li><li>Must be able to multi-task.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).</li><li>Knowledge of a government supply system.</li><li>Final SECRET security clearance required.</li></ul><h2>Desired Skills</h2>

Please note that the salary information listed is a general guideline only. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.</li></ul>
