MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Experience that demonstrated a knowledge of the transportation function(s) of the position to be filled. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: GS-2101-13: Must have experience in the following: 1-year specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade. Experience, education, or training routine and non-routine preflight, in-flight, post-flight, ground or command and control (C2) duties according to specific transportation functions. Receives, interprets, extracts, and disseminates relevant data for mission planning or execution. Experience coordinating and negotiating with organizations/personnel both orally and in writing to resolve differences/problems. Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed. Experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel.
