HR Operation Supervisor

<p>Job Summary:</p>

<p>The HR Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing daily HR operations, ensuring smooth onboarding, attendance management, policy implementation, and employee support. The role also oversees employee engagement initiatives, works to enhance the overall employee experience while ensuring compliance with company policies.</p>

<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>

<p>•&nbsp; manage daily operations.<br>• Manage the full onboarding process for new hires.<br>• Monitor attendance, leave, and ensure proper implementation of attendance policies.<br>•Maintain employee records and update the HR system.<br>• Communicate and implement HR policies and procedures.<br>• Handle employees’ HR Operations inquiries.<br>• Organize internal employee engagement activities and company events.<br>• Prepare HR Operations reports and support process improvements.<br>Qualifications (No Compromise)</p>

<p>• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations.<br>• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.<br>• Hands-on experience using an HRIS or HR system is a must.<br>•&nbsp; Proven experience managing onboarding for 50+ employees.<br>• Strong experience in attendance management.<br>• Good command of English.<br>• Male candidates only.<br>• Preferred to be a resident of New Cairo or nearby areas.<br>• Maximum age: 35 years.</p>
