<p><strong>About This Role</strong> We're hiring HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technicians for our Utah operations. This is a full-time field role focused on maintaining commercial and industrial HVAC systems across a variety of building types.</p>

<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Complete scheduled maintenance and inspections to keep systems running efficiently and extend equipment life.</li>

<li>Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues across a range of HVAC platforms.</li>

<li>Read and work from wiring diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer documentation.</li>

<li>Keep clients and team members informed on service findings and recommended next steps.</li>

<li>Maintain thorough service records covering work completed, parts used, and system conditions.</li>

<li>Perform all work in compliance with safety standards, applicable codes, and company policy.</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>What You'll Bring</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical training or certification preferred.</li>

<li>1+ years of experience in an HVAC Maintenance or Service role.</li>

<li>Solid understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.</li>

<li>EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.</li>

<li>Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation.</li>

<li>Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability.</li>

<li>Effective communicator with solid customer service instincts.</li>

<li>Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>NATE certification or equivalent.</li>

<li>Experience with digital service tools or mobile work order platforms.</li>

</ul>
