We are seeking a dedicated PRN Licensed Dental Hygienist to join our team! Our flexible staffing model allows you to choose your schedule, giving you the work-life balance you need while providing excellent patient care. As an integral part of our dental team, you will play a crucial role in promoting oral health through direct patient care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Perform dental prophylaxis and periodontal therapies, including scaling &amp; root planning</li>

<li>Conduct oral cancer screenings and periodontal charting</li>

<li>Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care practices</li>

<li>Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide (N2O) as certified</li>

<li>Take and develop dental x-rays</li>

<li>Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with safety protocols</li>

<li>Collaborate with dental providers to ensure comprehensive patient care</li>

Requirements:

<li>Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program</li>

<li>Active Minnesota dental hygiene license in good standing</li>

<li>Clinical experience preferred, but not required</li>

<li>Current CPR (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross</li>

<li>Local anesthesia/N2O certification</li>

<li>Proficiency or willingness to learn Open Dental software, Microsoft Office, and other necessary systems.</li>

<li>Valid state driver’s license</li>
