<p>Job Description<br>Maintenance Worker Responsibilities<br>Include:</p>

<p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Performing cleaning activities.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Performing minor fixes such as repairs.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Pulling weeds,&nbsp;&nbsp;keeping grounds beautiful. <br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Change air filters <br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Must be able to work some weekends. <br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;14 Paid holidays starting 2023. Paid vacation after 1 year. 48 Hours personal time off. <br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Normal 5 day work week.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Must be self-motivated. <br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Someone who doesn’t have to be supervised. <br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Someone who can always find things to do.</p>

<p>Compensation will depend on experience.&nbsp;</p>

<p><br>Job brief<br>We are looking for a&nbsp;&nbsp;worker to perform tasks such as repairs and cleaning. Some paint touch-up. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are tidy and functional.</p>
