<p>Looking to build hands-on experience in audio for anime, television, and video games?</p>

<p>Bang Zoom! Studios is an award-winning audio post-production studio specializing in English-language dubbing of anime and animation, as well as voice-over recording, casting, and sound design for video games, film, television, and other media.</p>

<p>Please note:&nbsp;This internship focuses on audio post-production. It is not related to music composition, scoring, or pre-production work.</p>

<p>Internship Eligibility &amp; Requirements (Please Read Carefully)</p>

<p>This internship is structured as an educational experience tied to an academic program and is designed to align with applicable federal and state guidelines for unpaid internships.</p>

<ul>

<li>This is an unpaid internship for college/university credit only</li>

<li>Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college, university, trade, or vocational program</li>

<li>Must receive academic credit for participation (verification may be required)</li>

<li>Priority is given to students who require an internship for graduation</li>

<p>Educational Purpose of the Internship</p>

<p>This internship provides students with practical learning experience in audio post-production within a professional studio environment. The program emphasizes training, observation, and skill development.</p>

<p>Interns will:</p>

<ul>

<li>Gain exposure to studio workflows, audio editing processes, and production support</li>

<li>Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced audio professionals</li>

<li>Participate in supervised, educational activities that reflect real-world practices</li>

</ul>

<p>Interns do not displace employees. Tasks and responsibilities are structured to support learning objectives and may vary by departmental needs.</p>

<p>Time Commitment</p>

<ul>

<li>2+ days per week (Monday–Friday)</li>

<li>8 hours per day (coordinated with academic requirements)</li>

<li>Minimum commitment: 10–13 weeks</li>

<li>Typical hours between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (including a 1-hour meal break)</li>

<li>Multiple studio locations – reliable transportation required</li>

</ul>

<p>What You’ll Learn &amp; Assist With</p>

<p>Audio &amp; Production Exposure</p>

<ul>

<li>Assisting audio, production, and support teams with supervised tasks</li>

<li>Supporting preparatory work for engineers and recording sessions</li>

<li>Observing and assisting with audio editing workflows (as appropriate)</li>

<li>Learning industry-standard tools, including Pro Tools</li>

</ul>

<p>Studio Operations</p>

<ul>

<li>Assisting with daily runs between studio locations</li>

<li>Helping maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and functionality</li>

<li>Supporting general studio readiness and operational needs</li>

</ul>

<p>Professional Development</p>

<ul>

<li>Understanding studio etiquette, workflow, and collaboration</li>

<li>Building time management and organizational skills</li>

<li>Receiving constructive feedback and mentorship</li>

</ul>

<p>Who You Are</p>

<ul>

<li>Currently enrolled student seeking academic credit</li>

<li>Interested in audio post-production for film, TV, animation, or games</li>

<li>Basic to intermediate knowledge of Pro Tools or similar DAW</li>

<li>Professional, dependable, and able to follow direction</li>

<li>Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills</li>

<li>Comfortable working independently and in a team environment</li>

<li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn</li>

<li>Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a studio setting</li>

<li>Interest in anime or Japanese culture is a plus</li>

</ul>
