<p>We are seeking B2B sales talent to join the CentraCom sales team. Responsibilities include; acquiring new accounts through traditional sales tactics including cold calling, networking, trade shows, social media, etc. In this position, you can expect a competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential, along with full benefits, 401k match, mileage reimbursement, paid time off, </p>

<p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p>

<ul>

<li>Minimum of one to three years of relevant work experience. Telecommunications experience is a plus.</li>

<li>A proven track record of outside sales experience is preferred.</li>

<li>Computer literate and familiar with CRM software.</li>

<li>Strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills.</li>

<li>Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.</li>

<li>Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.</li>

<li>Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective customers.</li>

<li>Detail-oriented with good time management skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.</li>

<li>Stay apprised of industry trends, emerging technologies, &amp; competition.</li>

<p>Minimum Qualifications:</p>

<ul>

<li>Education:&nbsp;Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in training and experience. </li>

<li>Licensures:&nbsp;Valid Driver's License is required.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Relevant Work Experience: 1-3 years of business sales experience selling to medium to large customers. Telecommunications experience is a plus. </li>
