Community Agent ( Fort Chipewyan & Fort Simpson & Hay River)

<p>Air Tindi is looking for Agents in Fort Chipeywan and Fort Simpson and Hay River.<br></p>

<p>Responsibilities</p>

<p>Responsibilities included, but not limited to:</p>

<ul>

<li>Checking passengers in;</li>

<li>Processing payments for flights, cargo;</li>

<li>Answering phone inquiries;</li>

<li>Maintain facility orderliness;</li>

<li>Perform any other duties as required.</li>

</ul>

<p>Requirements</p>

<ul>

<li>Grade 9 or equivalent, ability to speak an aboriginal language will be considered an asset;</li>

<li>2 years of experience in a customer service field;</li>

<li>Ability to work in a fast paced environment;</li>

<li>Possess a high degree of professionalism;</li>

<li>Demonstrated solid written and oral communication skills;</li>

<li>Ability to develop and maintain positive vendor relationships;</li>

<li>Valid and unrestricted Class 5 driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract.</li>
