<p>Job Description</p>

<p>We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Mechanical Material Coordinator to join our team in Guyana at the Oko West Mine Site.</p>

<ul>

<li>Coordinate the receipt, inspection, storage, and distribution of mechanical equipment, materials, and spare parts to support construction and commissioning activities at the Oko West Mine Site.</li>

<li>Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of mechanical materials, ensuring timely availability and traceability in accordance with project requirements.</li>

<li>Liaise with procurement, warehouse, construction, and mechanical teams to expedite material deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and minimize project delays.</li>

<li>Verify that mechanical materials comply with technical specifications, purchase orders, and quality requirements, maintaining complete documentation and material tracking records.<br></li>

</ul>

<p>Requirements</p>

<p><u>Minimum education</u>: Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics and/or relevant experience in the construction mining industry.</p>

<p><u>Relevant experience</u>: Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical material coordination, warehousing, or logistics for gold mining construction projects.<br><u>Additional skills</u>: Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment and materials; proficiency with inventory management and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent); excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret technical documentation and material specifications.<br></p>

<p><u>Salary Rang</u>e: Negotiable.</p>

<p><u>Employment Type</u>: Temporary contract for the duration of the construction.</p>

<p><u>Working Hours</u>: Rotation schedule: 23 of work followed by 19 days off.</p>
