<strong>Job Summary</strong>&nbsp;As&nbsp;an&nbsp;Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children with autism in the home, school, or clinic setting. This role is a hands-on behavior technician position where you will implement aba therapy programs and help support meaningful progress.&nbsp;

Provide aba therapy services as an aba therapist under BCBA supervision&nbsp;

Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA&nbsp;

Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols&nbsp;

Support skill-building and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life&nbsp;

Communicate session progress with the supervising clinical team&nbsp;

<strong>Requirements</strong>&nbsp;

High school diploma&nbsp;

At least 18 years of age&nbsp;

Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle&nbsp;

Well-organized, flexible, and receptive to feedback&nbsp;

Willingness to complete training requirements for the registered behavior technician role (if not already certified)&nbsp;

Interest in behavioral health and working as a behavioral health technician&nbsp;
