Collections Account Representative

<p>The Telephone Collector Representative is responsible for contacting consumers to determine the reason for payment delinquency; negotiating payment arrangements or payment in full; using a computerized system for tracking and information gathering; answering inquiries and troubleshooting complaints, and managing aging accounts. Telephone Collectors must possess the ability to reach monthly commission and production goals while effectively dealing with high stress interactions with consumers.</p>

<li><br>Contact consumers to determine the reason for payment delinquency</li>

<li><br>Update account information using a computerized system and collection software</li>

<li><br>Evaluate and assess the consumer’s financial situation</li>

<li><br>Negotiate payment arrangements or payment in full wherever possible</li>

<li><br>Respond to consumer inquiries and resolve issues, complaints, and stalls</li>

<p>The schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday from 8am to 5pm.</p>

<p>Requirements:</p>

<li><br>High school diploma or equivalent</li>

<li><br>Must be at least 18 years of age.</li>
