<p>Captivation Software is looking for a mid level systems engineer&nbsp;with experience in System Administration Automation, management and security compliance. &nbsp;Candidate must focus on maintaining system integrity, performance, and security for critical client/server environments, demanding strong problem-solving and communication skills. Candidate must be prepared to work with a small, mission focused team that frequently interacts with users and the customer.</p>

<h1>Requirements</h1>

<h3>Security Clearance:</h3>

<ul>

<li>Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen</li>

</ul>

<h3>Minimum Qualifications:</h3>

<ul>

<li>A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university&nbsp;<br></li>

<li>Six (6) years of systems engineering experience</li>

</ul>

<h3>Required Skills:</h3>

<ul>

<li>Strong System Engineering and System Administration</li>

<li>Strong knowledge of Security Compliance</li>

<li>Strong knowledge of networking devices. (Cisco, Juniper, Arista)&nbsp;System Administration skills for Windows/Linux</li>

<li>Familiarity with Kubernetes/containerization&nbsp;</li>

<li>Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, Centrify, Group Policy, Network Services</li>

<li>Strong knowledge of security protocols and patching</li>

<li>Communication and escalation of issues to management</li>

</ul>

<li>Annual Salary: $130,000 - $270,000 (Depends on the Years of Experience)</li>
