<li>Follow up and close opportunities that require a second touch</li>

<li>Complete necessary paperwork accurately and on time</li>

<li>Maintain a professional, high-energy presence with every homeowner</li>

<p>Schedule:</p>

<ul>

<li>~35 hours/week</li>

<li>1 evening per week</li>

<li>Up to 2 Saturdays per month</li>
