<p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p><p>You’ll gain practical experience in an international and multicultural environment while learning how administration supports world-leading scientific research. As an Administrative Student, you’ll develop your skills, contribute to real projects and discover how your studies translate into meaningful work.</p><p><strong>Your responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Learn from and assist experienced professionals in your field of study.</li><li>Support daily operations by preparing documents, analysing data or helping coordinate activities.</li><li>Take part in day-to-day support activities under close supervision.</li><li>Collaborate and exchange ideas within an international and multidisciplinary team.</li></ul><p><strong>Your profile:</strong></p><ul><li>You are currently studying in Administration, Communication, Finance, Human Resources, Law, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field.</li><li>You are required or encouraged by your university to complete a practical training period.</li><li>You are eager to develop your skills through on-the-job learning.</li><li>You enjoy teamwork and learning from others in a collaborative setting.</li></ul><p><strong>Your skills:</strong></p><ul><li>A good understanding of office software and digital tools relevant to your studies.</li><li>Curiosity, precision and a proactive attitude towards learning.</li><li>Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.</li></ul><p><em>Please note that in case you are studying in a&nbsp;STEM/engineering field, you are not eligible to apply for this position.
