Demonstrated professional and executive level technical knowledge and management experience in Enterprise Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data, Communications, and emerging technology within the corrections or criminal justice sector, including demonstrated experience in developing, formulating, and promulgating new and updated information technology strategies, policies, directives, and procedures related to these topics across a wide and diverse enterprise. Experience successfully executing technology vision and strategy through partnership with Acquisition and Operations personnel. MTQ. 2. Demonstrated financial and personnel management experience related to information technology, including planning for and justifying resources and delivering high ROI Information Technology investments, including ability to conduct sound analysis, and to present the results in a clear, precise, and persuasive manner on complex issues related to information technology matters in response to federal information technology statuses, regulations, policies, or procedures.
