<p><strong>About the Role</strong><strong><br></strong>We are seeking a compassionate, curious infusion nurse to administer ketamine treatments, support patient care, and help shape our evolving care model. You will work closely with patients, ensuring comfort and safety, and contribute to a high-impact, innovative mental health practice.</p>
<p>This is a full time (Monday-Friday) role based out of a Brooklyn clinic.</p>

<p><strong>Credentials</strong><strong><br></strong>Registered Professional Nurse (RN) in New York State is required.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><strong><br></strong><em>Clinical Care</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Follow Ember Health’s carefully crafted SOPs, including but not limited to administer infusions safely, monitor patients, and intervene as needed.</li>
<li>Ensure patient comfort and psychological safety through therapeutic communication.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records and a clean, organized workspace.</li>
<li>Build lasting, trusting relationships with patients.</li>
</ul>
<p><em>Clinic Support</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage medical inventory and prepare medications safely.</li>
<li>Support patient scheduling, follow-up care, and ongoing communication with provider partners and patients.</li>
<li>Maintain clean, orderly infusion suites and clinical spaces.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Warm, empathetic, and able to build strong patient relationships.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to high-quality care.</li>
<li>Skilled communicator, both with patients and colleagues.</li>
<li>Experienced in IV placement, cardio-respiratory and procedural monitoring.</li>
<li>Mental health experience or knowledge of depression is preferred.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Highly adept at placing IVs, trained and experienced in cardio-respiratory monitoring, and comfortable monitoring patients during procedural sedation.</li>
<li>Professional experience and comfort with therapeutic patient communications.</li>
<li>Experience in mental health desired, with a working knowledge of depression.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Compensation & Benefits</strong></p>

<li>Starting Base Salary: $93,000 annually, with annual opportunities for compensation increases </li>
