<p>Key Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to):&nbsp;</p>

<ul>

<li>General equipment maintenance and maintenance planning&nbsp;</li>

<li>Knowledge of various grains and pulses</li>

<li>Monitoring cleaning equipment and facilities</li>

<li>Adjusting machinery settings to maximize cleaning efficiency</li>

<li>Operate forklifts, grain augers, tractors, trucks, etc</li>

<li>Interaction with retail clients and truckers</li>

<li>Loading and unloading customer trucks</li>

<li>Maintaining records of incoming products and throughput&nbsp;</li>

<li>Sample grading during processing and cleaning for quality control&nbsp;</li>

<li>Plant and yard clean up as required</li>

<li>Assist other plan personnel as needed</li>

<li>Seed treating and packaging</li>

<li>Must be able to work independently&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<p>Skills and Qualifications:&nbsp;</p>

<ul>

<li>Prior Seed Plant, Feed Mill or grain handling experience required.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Class 5 Driver's License required; Class 3 or Class 1 considered an asset</li>

<li>Ability to operate warehouse equipment</li>

<li>Thorough understanding of seed handling, packaging, and treatment process</li>

<li>Ability to lift and carry heavy items (over 50lbs) on a regular basis</li>

<li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li>

</ul>

<p>$25.00–$32.00/hour, negotiable based on experience.</p>
