VP Finance (Maternity Leave Cover)

<p>Epos Now is looking for an experienced finance leader to step into a broad, hands-on VP Finance role covering maternity leave. You'll own the day-to-day operation of our finance function - reporting, controls, treasury, tax, and statutory compliance - across an international group.</p>

<p>Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you'll lead a talented finance team and be a key voice in senior management, shaping how we report, control, and grow the business.</p>

<p>What you'll do:<br>• Lead and develop the finance team, driving performance against KPIs<br>• Own the group management accounts process and drive continuous improvement in reporting<br>• Take the lead on statutory accounts, external audit, and multi-jurisdiction compliance<br>• Oversee Group cash, treasury, banking relationships, and lender reporting (including covenants)<br>• Manage corporation tax, VAT, and R&amp;D claims across the Group<br>• Drive optimisation of our finance systems, including Sage Intacct</p>

<p>What you'll bring:<br>• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification<br>• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting experience<br>• A track record leading a finance function within a multi-entity or international group<br>• Experience managing external audits and statutory reporting<br>• Confidence managing financial controls, balance sheet integrity, and month-end close<br>• Strong Excel and financial systems skills</p>

<p>Nice to have: experience with Sage Intacct, debt facilities/lender reporting, or covenant management.</p>
