Applicants must have demonstrated experience as listed below. This requirement is according to the AO Classification, Compensation, and Recruitment Systems which include interpretive guidance and reference to the OPM Operating Manual for Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions. Specialized Experience: Applicants must have at least one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience which is in or directly related to the line of work of this position. Specialized experience is demonstrated experience must demonstrate ALL areas defined below: Acquiring information technology hardware, software, and services; Developing or reviewing acquisition documentation, including statements of work, market research, independent government cost estimates, and other pre- and post-award documentation; and Providing acquisition lifecycle and contract management support, including contract administration, oversight, and other activities. Desired/Preferred Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Four or more years of experience in the acquisition of information technology hardware, software, and services. Strong knowledge of and experience with pre-award and post-award acquisition documentation. Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) Level II Certification or higher. Ability to learn and understand complex information technology concepts and requirements. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects with concurrent and shifting deadlines. Proven effective written and oral communication skills.
