</ul><p><u>YOUR MISSION</u></p>

<p>True Anomaly is looking for a technician to build our new generation of Spacecraft. In this role you will work all aspects of the Spacecraft build, factory setup and operations. &nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Assemble and test Spacecraft harnesses per engineering drawings and direction.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Assist with the setup and execution of Thermal Vacuum chambers and vibe facilities.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Ensure processes and cleanroom protocols are followed by all personnel. &nbsp;</li>

<li>Own the product build from piece parts to full assemblies.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Execute anomaly dispositions from engineering.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Technical degree or certification in relevant field&nbsp;</li>

<li>2+ years of professional experience in spacecraft or space products assembly&nbsp;</li>

<li>Demonstrated excellence in assembly and integration&nbsp;</li>

<li>Proficiency in reading drawings, process sheets, instructions&nbsp;</li>

<li>Experience with ESD, FOD, cleanroom operations&nbsp;</li>

<li>Experience with spacecraft harness fabrication, rework and installation&nbsp;</li>

<li>Passion for the space industry&nbsp;</li>

<li>Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team&nbsp;</li>

<li>Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with little input on requirements or management oversight&nbsp;</li>

<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills&nbsp;</li>

<li>Experience with torquing, staking&nbsp;</li>

<li>Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in a cleanroom environment&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>COMPENSATION</strong></p>

<p><strong>Base Salary: </strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Technician I:&nbsp; $24-$33.50/hr</li>

<li>Technician II:&nbsp; $29-$41/hr</li>

<li>

<ul>

<li><em>This position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime.</em></li>

<p><strong>ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>

<li><strong>Work Location</strong>—this a fully onsite position based out of our Centennial, CO office.</li>
