Senior Category Manager, Amazon Now

Amazon Now is Amazon's quick-commerce business in India, competing head-to-head with Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and BigBasket. Fruits, Vegetables and Dairy sit at the heart of q-commerce demand and reach our dark stores through our partnership with More Retail Limited (MRL). We are hiring a Partnership Manager to own that relationship end-to-end, single-threaded on three outcomes: capacity, productivity, and the joint P&amp;L.<br><br><br><br>Key job responsibilities<br>You will own the charter to improve the basket/category mix for the business. This will require understanding the current mix, key drives that influence the mix and partnering with stakeholders to own initiatives that drive improvement in penetration of high-priority categories. <br>The candidate will also own a central business-waste/COBW charter with the goal to drive initiatives that reduce business waste. This will require working with internal as well as external stakeholders that own individual elements and inputs that influence COBW. <br><br>On productivity, you will own the metric such as : ASP, priority-category customer penetration, unit share and COBW goals. <br><br>About the team<br>Amazon.com strives to be Earth's most customer-centric company where people can find and discover virtually anything they want to buy online. - 5+ years of with Excel experience<br>- 5+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience<br>- Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of professional or military experience<br>- Knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL<br>- Experience using data to influence business decisions<br>- Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration<br>- Experience with business analysis and P&amp;L management
