Production Operations Support Lead

<h2>Standard Job Description</h2>

Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.<h2>Basic Qualifications</h2>

<ul><li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience</li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance</li><li>Possess appropriate business acumen to&nbsp;successfully present cases to a variety of&nbsp;customers (Project Office, Program Office and&nbsp;Senior Management)</li><li>Demonstrated skills in team building and leading&nbsp;through influence as the position requires cross&nbsp;functional interactions on a daily basis</li><li>Experience within Operations Management or related disciplines supporting Production and Developmental&nbsp;Programs</li></ul><h2>Desired Skills</h2>

<ul><li>Production Site or Manufacturing experience</li><li>Experience with SAP or other ERP systems</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Have experience directly or indirectly leading and motivating&nbsp;large and diverse teams</li><li>Experience managing, contributing to, and executing proposals and/or affordability initiatives</li><li>Have experience in multiple functional disciplines: Production, IPT, manufacturing, global supply chain, quality and engineering- based</li><li>Bestow a true bias towards results oriented behavior and is truly energized by change</li><li>A clear understanding of the production processes employed within Lockheed Martin</li><li>Have experience with PAC-3 products as well as other business units and programs</li><li>Advanced Engineering/Technical or Business related degree</li></ul><p><strong>Pay Information</strong></p><p>Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00</p><p>At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
