Key Responsibilities:

<li>Assist the pediatric dentist during examinations and procedures</li>

<li>Provide chairside support, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for patients</li>

<li>Educate children and parents on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care</li>

<li>Take and develop X-rays as required</li>

<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and sterilized environment</li>

<li>Accurately document patient information and treatment plans</li>

Requirements:

<li>High school diploma or GED required</li>

<li>Completion of an accredited dental assisting course</li>

<li>Active licensure in Minnesota, DANB certification, or equivalent state jurisprudence for performing specified tasks</li>

<li>Current CPR (BLS) certification</li>

<li>Strong oral and written communication skills in English</li>

<li>Passion for working with children and ensuring a positive dental experience</li>

<li>Minnesota Dental Radiology Certificate course to complete X-rays</li>
