Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. MINIMUM QUALIFICATONS: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: Experience managing technical project requirements such as life cycle development, acquisition, testing, and product improvement, to ensure deliverables meet program objectives; Experience executing project budget plans in accordance with established cost and funding levels; Experience formulating project life cycle documentation to support milestone reviews and/or leadership decision-making; AND Experience leading teams in a collaborative environment to achieve project objectives. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-03). ***Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Active Career Field. DOD Position Certification Level and Training Requirements. All Acquisition Workforce Positions Mandated in Title 10, USC, Section 1723.
