The entry-level Technician is part of the&nbsp;team in meeting our commitments for repair quality, repair efficiency,&nbsp;and customer satisfaction. At the same time, the apprentice gains&nbsp;experience and professional career skills.</p>

<p><b></b></p><ul><li><p>Must possess excellent communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Must be able to use computer screen and keyboard for long periods of time.</p></li><li><p>Must be able to walk, stand, stoop, kneel or crouch in providing an accurate estimate of a vehicle’s damage.</p></li><li><p>Must possess clear vision in providing an accurate estimate of a vehicle’s damage.</p></li><li><p>Should possess good decision making ability and sound judgment.</p></li><li><p>Prior customer service experience</p></li><li>Must be detail-oriented.</li></ul>
