Lead Web Developer

<p>You’ll lead a web team that owns the AI self-service portal and the related set of microservices. You’ll work with a cross-functional team of engineers to contribute to our UI/UX.&nbsp; We are building a cloud offering that includes UI/UX&nbsp;flows typical of&nbsp;a SaaS app.</p><p>In this role, you can expect to:</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Build&nbsp;high-quality and performant user interfaces that drive product-specific functionality at&nbsp; ExParte AI Platform</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Collaborate&nbsp;with product designers on shaping the flows during the design process</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Collaborate&nbsp;with other front end engineers in the organization around best practices and shared components</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Collaborate&nbsp;with other engineers&nbsp;driving API changes necessary to build the best UX for our users</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Work across our product, primarily on the front-end&nbsp;</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Interface directly with internal teams</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Evaluate software and implementation options and document them for technical teams.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Design and develop systems, sub-systems, and programs.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Resolve and troubleshoot problems and complex issues.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Perform unit tests and fix bugs.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Integrate best qualitative practices in the design and development aspects of programs.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Be a part of a distributed team (we’re in North America and Europe)</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Work with Azure cloud and Databricks</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop technical architecture and specific implementations to meet business needs.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Guide the team’s software engineering best practices by documenting standards and completing code reviews.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Troubleshoot new and existing code and provide feedback and solutions to structural issues in the codebase as they arise.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Advise on the feasibility of nonfunctional requirements and ensure the successful implementation of features while meeting those requirements.</p>

<p><u><strong>Requirements</strong></u>:</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 5+ years professional experience with JavaScript/Typescript, HTML5, and CSS3 in the full software development life cycle (SDLC)</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3+ years experience with T-SQL.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2+ years with Node.js&nbsp;and entity framework core.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 2+ years of experience developing software using React.</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience in agile software development</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience writing Rest APIs and microservices-based applications</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Good time management and organizational skills</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work on challenging issues independently or in a team environment</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to pair with a customer's development team and guide them on leading-edge technologies</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and environments</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong communication skills</p><p><u><strong>Nice-to-have's:</strong></u></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience with Power BI Embedded</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience with .NET Core</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Have experience with Python and ML</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Understanding of cloud platforms and providers, specifically Microsoft Azure</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Knowledge of CI/CD tools in Azure DevOps</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field</p>
