<p>About Us:</p>

<p>Costy's Energy Services, a leader in Hydro-Excavation services for the Oil &amp; Gas industry, is seeking experienced Hydro-Vac Operators to lead and manage crews. This role requires hands-on operation of Hydro-Vac trucks, supervision of field crews, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.</p>

<p>Job Responsibilities:</p>

<ul>

<li>Lead, manage, and instruct crews in Hydro-Excavation, pit cleaning, tank cleaning, and other Oil &amp; Gas-related cleaning services.</li>

<li>Operate Hydro-Vac trucks to perform non-destructive excavation, fluid removal, and site cleaning tasks.</li>

<li>Ensure all crew members follow safety protocols, company procedures, and regulatory guidelines (DOT, OSHA, etc.).</li>

<li>Train and develop crew members, ensuring competency in equipment operation and job execution.</li>

<li>Communicate effectively with clients, site supervisors, and internal teams to coordinate job requirements and expectations.</li>

<li>Conduct pre- and post-job inspections of equipment, reporting any maintenance or repair needs.</li>

<li>Maintain accurate records, including job logs, reports, and crew performance evaluations.</li>

<li>Work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment while maintaining high safety and operational standards.</li>

<li>Be available for long shifts, overtime, and weekend work as needed.</li>

<p>Qualifications:</p>

<ul>

<li>CDL-B with Tanker Endorsement (Required)</li>

<li>1+ years of commercial driving experience (Required)</li>

<li>1+ years of Hydro-Vac or heavy equipment operation experience (Preferred)</li>

<li>Leadership or supervisory experience in a field operations role (Preferred)</li>

<li>Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test. No medical exemption. (Mandatory)</li>

<li>Strong knowledge of Hydro-Excavation processes and oil &amp; gas site operations</li>

<li>Ability to train, coach, and manage crews while maintaining efficiency and safety</li>
