<p>As Team Lead, Disease Specialists, you will guide a team engaging US-based physicians, ensuring they effectively communicate disease insights and therapy benefits while providing coaching and support to drive performance.</p>

<p>What We Are Looking For:</p>

<ul>

<li>Experience in Medical Sales, Medical Engagement, or a related healthcare-facing role, with prior people leadership or mentoring experience</li>

<li>Strong understanding of scientific exchange and relationship-building with healthcare professionals</li>

<li>Exceptional communication skills, with fluent English and the ability to build credibility and rapport with US-based stakeholders</li>

<li>Proven ability to lead by example, maintain high working standards, and ensure strong attention to detail and quality</li>

<li>Results-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate, develop, and retain high-performing teams</li>

</ul>

<p>What You Will Be Doing:</p>

<ul>

<li>Lead, coach, and support a team of Disease Specialists to ensure high-quality scientific and product engagement with US-based healthcare professionals</li>

<li>Set performance expectations, drive productivity, and track KPIs</li>

<li>Provide guidance on scientific discussions, product positioning, and stakeholder engagement</li>

<li>Oversee day-to-day operations, including call quality, appointment-setting, and compliance</li>

<li>Serve as a point of contact for key medical stakeholders and escalate as needed</li>

<li>Monitor market trends and competitor activity, translating insights into actionable team guidance</li>

<li>Collaborate with Operations, Training, and Leadership to improve processes and tools, including AI-enabled solutions<br></li>

<p>This role is based in our Athens office and operates in a hybrid model. Working hours align with US time zones <em>(Monday - Friday 15.00 - 23.00 Athens time)</em>.</p>
