<p>*<strong>This position is contingent upon contract award*</strong></p><p>SOSi is seeking an experienced Alternate Program Manager to help lead our Air Force Contract Augmentation (AFCAP) VI Program worldwide. AFCAP serves as a responsive, global force multiplier for commanders and Government agencies, supporting contingencies both within the contiguous United States and outside the contiguous United States. AFCAP delivers rapid solutions in design/construction, service contracts, and logistics/commodities.&nbsp;</p><p>Working closely with the Program Manager, the Alternate Program Manager will play a key role in ensuring task orders are executed efficiently, contractual requirements are met, and customers receive high-quality mission support.</p><p><strong>Essential Job Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Support the Program Manager in the planning, execution, and oversight of multiple government task orders.</li><li>Serve as a key management representative and assume program leadership responsibilities in the Program Manager's absence.</li><li>Coordinate task-order activities involving Engineering, Construction, Services, and/or Commodities.</li><li>Support the management of multiple task orders valued at more than $400K.</li><li>Apply knowledge of government appropriations, funding, and acquisition processes to support effective program execution.</li><li>Monitor program performance, schedules, staffing, deliverables, and customer requirements.</li><li>Assist with program financial tracking, resource planning, and performance reporting.</li><li>Identify program risks, issues, and potential schedule impacts and assist with developing mitigation strategies.</li><li>Coordinate with government customers, internal functional teams, subcontractors, and vendors.</li><li>Prepare program status reports, briefings, meeting materials, and customer deliverables.</li><li>Provide timely updates to the Program Manager regarding program performance, emerging issues, and operational requirements.</li><li>Assist with ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, security, quality, and operational requirements.</li><li>Support contract transitions, modifications, proposals, and other program activities as required.</li><li>Foster positive customer relationships and contribute to continuous improvement and mission success.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Active Secret Security Clearance.</li><li>Two (2) years of program management experience within the last seven (7) years.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in:<ul><li>Government appropriations.</li><li>Engineering, Construction, Services, and/or Commodities.</li><li>Government acquisitions.</li></ul></li><li>Experience managing multiple task orders with a magnitude greater than $400K.</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>A bachlor's degree&nbsp;in a related field, or PMP certification is preferred.</li></ul>
