<p>We are seeking for a Data Analyst professional to join our expanding team.</p>

<p>Tasks:&nbsp;</p>

<ul>

<li>Power&nbsp;BI&nbsp;Development:&nbsp;Build&nbsp;and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;visually&nbsp;engaging&nbsp;and&nbsp;responsive&nbsp;dashboards&nbsp;and&nbsp;reports&nbsp;in&nbsp;Power&nbsp;BI.</li>

<li>Databricks&nbsp;Integration:&nbsp;Connect&nbsp;to&nbsp;and&nbsp;model&nbsp;data&nbsp;from&nbsp;Databricks&nbsp;(Delta&nbsp;Lake)&nbsp;and&nbsp;Azure&nbsp;Data&nbsp;Lake&nbsp;as&nbsp;a&nbsp;primary&nbsp;data&nbsp;source.</li>

<li>Data&nbsp;Modeling:&nbsp;Design&nbsp;efficient,&nbsp;reusable&nbsp;data&nbsp;models&nbsp;tailored&nbsp;for&nbsp;performance&nbsp;and&nbsp;usability.</li>

<li>Collaboration:&nbsp;Collaborate&nbsp;with&nbsp;data&nbsp;engineers&nbsp;in&nbsp;building&nbsp;objects&nbsp;in&nbsp;Databricks.</li>

<li>Stakeholder&nbsp;Engagement:&nbsp;Translate&nbsp;business&nbsp;requirements&nbsp;into&nbsp;BI&nbsp;deliverables&nbsp;and&nbsp;provide&nbsp;ongoing&nbsp;support&nbsp;to&nbsp;end&nbsp;users.</li>

<li>Performance&nbsp;Tuning:&nbsp;Optimize&nbsp;report&nbsp;performance&nbsp;and&nbsp;query&nbsp;execution,&nbsp;especially&nbsp;with&nbsp;large&nbsp;datasets.</li>

<li>Documentation:&nbsp;Maintain&nbsp;clear&nbsp;documentation&nbsp;of&nbsp;BI&nbsp;logic,&nbsp;models,&nbsp;and&nbsp;workflows.</li>

<li>Continuous&nbsp;Learning:&nbsp;Keep&nbsp;up&nbsp;with&nbsp;the&nbsp;latest&nbsp;features&nbsp;and&nbsp;capabilities&nbsp;in&nbsp;Power&nbsp;BI.</li>

<li>4-5+&nbsp;years&nbsp;in&nbsp;Power&nbsp;BI&nbsp;development</li>

<li>Up-to-date&nbsp;knowledge&nbsp;of&nbsp;Power&nbsp;BI&nbsp;features.</li>

<li>Basic&nbsp;understanding&nbsp;of&nbsp;Microsoft&nbsp;Fabric&nbsp;capabilities,&nbsp;including&nbsp;CI/CD&nbsp;processes&nbsp;and&nbsp;the&nbsp;features&nbsp;available&nbsp;through&nbsp;Fabric&nbsp;F/XX&nbsp;capacity.</li>

<li>Strong&nbsp;in&nbsp;DAX,&nbsp;Power&nbsp;Query&nbsp;(M)</li>

<li>Proficient&nbsp;in&nbsp;data&nbsp;modeling&nbsp;and&nbsp;performance&nbsp;optimization</li>

<li>Experience&nbsp;with&nbsp;integrating&nbsp;Power&nbsp;BI&nbsp;with&nbsp;large-scale&nbsp;data&nbsp;lakes&nbsp;and&nbsp;warehouse&nbsp;architectures.</li>

<li>Strong&nbsp;SQL&nbsp;programming&nbsp;skills</li>

<li>Experience&nbsp;in&nbsp;an&nbsp;agile&nbsp;environment</li>

<li>Higher&nbsp;education&nbsp;degree&nbsp;in&nbsp;IT/business&nbsp;field</li>

<li>Good&nbsp;problem-solving&nbsp;skills,&nbsp;analytical&nbsp;thinking&nbsp;and&nbsp;client-oriented&nbsp;approach</li>

<li>Ability&nbsp;to&nbsp;efficiently&nbsp;manage&nbsp;multiple&nbsp;tasks&nbsp;and&nbsp;projects&nbsp;in&nbsp;a&nbsp;fast-paced&nbsp;environment</li>

<li>Fluent&nbsp;communication&nbsp;skills&nbsp;in&nbsp;English</li>
