IT Specialist

<p><strong>Responsibilities<br></strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Manage tickets and prioritize tasks to ensure timely resolution</li>

<li>Provide user support (office and remote) by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues</li>

<li>Perform regular system and application updates</li>

<li>Handle procurement of IT equipment and conduct audits to ensure compliance with company standards</li>

<li>Maintain office equipment and provide ongoing user support</li>

<li>Monitor and manage backup systems, antivirus software, and other security tools</li>

<li>Utilize network diagnostic programs to identify and resolve connectivity issues</li>

<li>Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewall configuration, VPN setup, and intrusion detection systems</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>4+ years of hands-on commercial experience as a System Administrator with MacOS</li>

<li>Experience in supporting VoIP</li>

<li>Hands-on experience with collaboration tools such as Mattermost and Slack</li>

<li>Strong knowledge of backup systems and antivirus solutions</li>

<li>Familiarity with network diagnostic and monitoring tools</li>

<li>Proficiency in mail software (e.g., Outlook, GMail, or similar)</li>

<li>Experience in managing and maintaining office hardware and IT equipment</li>

<li>Solid understanding of network security concepts and best practices</li>

<li>Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and provide excellent user support</li>

<li>Strong English proficiency is required</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Will be a plus</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Experience with Atlassian products, CRM, and HRM systems</li>

<li>Linux administration knowledge</li>
