<p><strong>Position Overview</strong> &nbsp;</p>

<p>The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in high-volume automotive manufacturing, strong expertise in material flow and material handling systems, and a solid understanding of Lean manufacturing principles. This role requires effective cross-functional collaboration and the ability to manage complex projects through implementation.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>

<li>Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or&nbsp;a related&nbsp;field; master’s degree preferred.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>3+ years of experience in material flow,&nbsp;logistics, or industrial engineering, preferably in automotive or high-volume manufacturing.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Proficient in AutoCAD, simulation tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Able to succeed in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>

<li>Familiarity with PFEP data,&nbsp;assembly and body shop&nbsp;manufacturing processes, industrial engineering job balancing, internal&nbsp;logistics&nbsp;delivery routes, warehouse management,&nbsp;and ERP systems.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Experience with fork-free material delivery strategies, including kitting,&nbsp;sequencing cells,&nbsp;and lean lineside presentation.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and material tracking technologies.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Working knowledge of CAD systems, layout drawings, and flow-layout optimization to improve material movement, space&nbsp;utilization, and operational efficiency.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<li>Support the implementation and optimization of material flow from the warehouse to point of use using lean manufacturing principles.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Review, develop,&nbsp;and implement lineside replenishment systems, such as&nbsp;eKanban,&nbsp;with IT to automate material calls and improve delivery efficiency.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Maintain material handling&nbsp;layouts that&nbsp;optimize&nbsp;warehouse and production floor space.&nbsp;</li>
