<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>

<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Sales Support Specialist to support a key member of our sales team operating in the TV &amp; Film equipment rental market. This individual will assist the Business Development Manager with a range of administrative duties including, but not limited to purchase orders, invoices, delivery coordination, and other tasks as required.</p>

<ul>

<li>Assist sales representatives with quotes, rental orders</li>

<li>Manage inbound customer inquiries regarding equipment availability</li>

<li>Coordinate equipment reservations, substitutions, and availability</li>

<li>Monitor active rentals, returns, extensions, and billing make appropriate adjustments</li>

<li>Support scheduling and logistics for gear deliveries and pick-ups</li>

<li>Maintain CRM (Salesforce) records</li>

<li>Ensure that the customer has all the necessary rental documentation</li>

<li>Responsibilities may evolve over time; employees may be asked to take on additional duties as needed to support business priorities.</li>

<p><strong>What Will Help You Thrive</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience</li>

<li>2+ years of relevant sales support / rental coordination / production operations experience preferred</li>

<li>Experience or education in broadcast, film, television, live events, or production rental strongly preferred</li>

<li>Familiarity with camera, lighting, grip, audio, staging, or related production equipment preferred</li>

<p>This role requires five on-site days weekly to ensure in-person collaboration, improved communication, effective teamwork, and real-time problem solving to enhance team synergy and productivity. A standard 40 hour work week is expected.&nbsp;</p>
