<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Undertaking training relevant to their responsibilities</li>
<li>Driving Daily Department Demands</li>
<li>Work with supervisor and other team leads to manage and prioritize tasks to ensure customer demand and the production schedule are met.</li>
<li>Use basic problem-solving skills to ensure stable operation of the work cell.</li>
<li>Report problems or concerns with quality, processes, equipment, materials, and labour to line manager.</li>
<li>Identify and support continuous improvement efforts with line manager.</li>
<li>Participate as an active member of the production team and running the machine.</li>
<li>Follow documented policies and procedures as designated by the company’s Quality System.</li>
<li>Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.</li>
<li>Complying with company procedures and health and safety rules</li>
<li>Helping to eliminate delays in getting jobs out on time. And working in correct order.</li>

<p>Job Specifics</p>
<ul>
<li>Working hours Monday to Thursday 6am – 2.30pm and Friday 6am – 13.30pm with 30 minutes for lunch</li>
<li>Leave one hour earlier than your contracted finish time every Friday (will be paid)</li>
