<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>

<li>Coordinate production flow between departments.</li>

<li>Ensure products meet quality standards.</li>

<li>Optimize production processes to improve efficiency.</li>

<li>Budgeting and Cost Control:

<ul>

<li>Manage production budgets.</li>

<li>Monitor costs and strive for cost-effective production.</li>

<li>Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.</li>

</ul>

</li>

<li>Team Management:

<ul>

<li>Supervise and motivate production staff.</li>

<li>Recruit, train, and evaluate team members.</li>

<li>Ensure adherence to safety protocols.</li>

</ul>

</li>

<li>Quality Control:

<ul>

<li>Implement and monitor quality assurance systems.</li>

<li>Resolve production issues and enforce corrective measures.</li>

</ul>

<li>Inventory and Supply Chain Management:

<ul>

<li>Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.</li>

<li>Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.</li>

<li>Continuous Improvement:

<li>Identify opportunities for process improvements.</li>

<li>Implement lean manufacturing or other methodologies for efficiency.</li>

<p>( Forms ) Put in Order and Control the Circuation of All Forms&nbsp;</p>

<p>( Report )&nbsp; Cirucalte and Issue Weekly, Daily, Monthly Wuarterly Reports For The Different Department&nbsp; And Management&nbsp;</p>

<p>3. Make A Stronger Culture That Can Foster Quality and Control on the Final Product.&nbsp;</p>
