Central Dispatcher/Customer Service Kelowna

<p>We're currently looking for a Fulltime Central Dispatcher to join our team.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Responsibilities:</p>

<p><br></p>

<ul>

<li>Answering phones, emails&nbsp;</li>

<li>Working directly with customers to book tows</li>

<li>Working directly with drivers in all locations, giving call information and clearing<br></li>

<li>Maintaining Customer Service with Team Members and Customer's</li>

</ul>

<p>Requirements:</p>

<p><br></p>

<ul>

<li>Vehicle knowledge an asset.</li>

<li>Must have computer skills</li>

<li>Able to work under busy conditions</li>

<li>Have excellent communication skills dealing with customers, drivers, co-workers, team members and management.</li>

<li>Able to work without supervision.</li>

<li>Able to work within a team environment</li>

<li>Strong Multitasker and Positive Attitude</li>

<li>Strong Organizing Skill</li>

</ul>

<p>Job Duties:</p>

<p><br></p>

<ul>

<li>Answer incoming customer inquiries</li>

<li>Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies</li>

</ul>

<p>Wage: $21-$23.00 per hour</p>
