<p>What You’ll Be Responsible For</p>

<p>You’ll work directly with our Senior Estimator and leadership team to:</p>

<ul>

<li>Prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates that win work</li>

<li>Analyze construction drawings, engineering plans, and specifications</li>

<li>Perform detailed framing material take-offs</li>

<li>Solicit and evaluate supplier pricing</li>

<li>Support purchasing decisions and cost validation</li>

<li>Coordinate closely with Sales, Pre-Construction, Production, and Project Management</li>

<li>Assist with project scheduling and submittals</li>

<li>Contribute in internal and client project meetings</li>

</ul>

<p>This is hands-on estimating experience — not a back-office data entry role.</p>

<li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints with confidence</li>

<li>Associate’s degree in Construction Management (preferred) or equivalent industry experience</li>

<li>Self-motivated with a strong work ethic</li>
