<p>What You'll Do</p>

<p>As a Lead Infant Teacher, you'll be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom while building strong relationships with children, families, and your teaching team.</p>

<p>You'll:</p>

<ul>

<li>Lead daily classroom routines for infants and young toddlers</li>

<li>Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences</li>

<li>Create a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom environment</li>

<li>Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, language, and physical development</li>

<li>Build trusting relationships with children and their families</li>

<li>Observe, document, and communicate children's developmental progress</li>

<li>Maintain consistent classroom routines and expectations</li>

<li>Mentor and support Assistant Teachers while promoting teamwork</li>

<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom</li>

<li>Ensure compliance with Montana licensing requirements and Discovery Kidzone policies</li>

<li>Partner with center leadership to maintain high-quality classroom operations</li>

<p>What We're Looking For</p>

<p>We're looking for an educator who is ready to lead with confidence, patience, and a genuine passion for infants.</p>

<ul>

<li>At least&nbsp;2 years of experience&nbsp;working in a licensed childcare or early learning program</li>

<li>Experience working with infants or toddlers preferred</li>

<li>Leadership experience is a plus, but&nbsp;not required</li>

<li>Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent coursework preferred</li>

<li>Strong classroom management, communication, organization, and leadership skills</li>

<li>Dependable, patient, professional, and team-oriented</li>

<li>Passion for supporting children's early development</li>

<li>CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)</li>

<li>Ability to complete all required Montana licensing, training, and background check requirements</li>
