<p>Position Summary&nbsp;</p>

<p>Reporting to the<br>Operations&nbsp;Manager, Canada,&nbsp;the individual in the&nbsp;Field&nbsp;Service&nbsp;Technician&nbsp;role&nbsp;is responsible for&nbsp;servicing and&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;all&nbsp;CLEANTEK&nbsp;equipment. The&nbsp;Field Service Technician&nbsp;is fully and solely responsible for the client sites assigned to them. This role has a high degree of control and authority in managing equipment on client sites.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>

<li>First point of contact when customer receives equipment&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>All service calls and client requests must be answered&nbsp;immediately&nbsp;within your area (weekends, evenings and holidays are not exempt)&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Responses to all service calls and client requests must be made on site within 24 hours&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Supporting documentation following all service calls and site visits is&nbsp;required. Documentation includes but is not limited&nbsp;to:&nbsp;equipment inspections, deployment sheets, transportation sheets, JSA’s/ safety documents, updating customer contact information, and updating sales team&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Submit daily reporting on assets and asset’s performance&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Monitor “Fleet Complete” to&nbsp;determine&nbsp;health of equipment on site&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Train customers (all shifts) on the proper use of the equipment and maintenance&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Bi-weekly site visits are&nbsp;required&nbsp;for equipment maintenance; this schedule is managed independently with the expectation that assets are managed&nbsp;in accordance with&nbsp;the company’s policies and customer satisfaction is maintained&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>When required to transport equipment with company assets, you will&nbsp;be responsible for&nbsp;securing loads and verifying safe transport with all required documentation verified&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Provide on-site service of equipment, discussing issues with consultant, inspecting&nbsp;equipment&nbsp;and troubleshooting all issues&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Participate in special projects as&nbsp;required&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Responsible for the maintenance of tools and company equipment (including but not limited to company vehicle, computers, voltmeter, field kit, etc.)&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Foster professional relationships with clients, external vendors, and consultants&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Understand client’s equipment needs and&nbsp;identify&nbsp;potential up-sale opportunities&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Adhere to all safety requirements both internal and external&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Promote and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;the organization’s brand image by keeping your appearance, work&nbsp;area&nbsp;and vehicle tidy.&nbsp;</li>

<ul>

<li>Must be knowledgeable of current safety regulations (including client’s sites)&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Basic knowledge of: AC/DC electrical systems, hydraulic systems, engine maintenance (oil changes, changing air filters, replacing fuel pumps, etc.)&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Experience with hand tools,&nbsp;drills&nbsp;and volt meters&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Work with a high degree of independence; must be a self-starter&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Strong communication&nbsp;and interpersonal skills.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<p>Education, Training, and Experience&nbsp;</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>

<li>Minimum high school diploma or equivalent&nbsp;required&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Some electrical and/or mechanical training preferred&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Previous&nbsp;experience in Oil &amp; Gas industry preferred&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>TDG, First Aid, H2S, WHMIS/GHS Tickets an asset.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<li>As part of the on-going training, you will be expected to support the service department (Calgary/Clairmont), to increase your knowledge of&nbsp;CLEANTEK’s equipment.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
