Talent Acquisition Specialist (Executive)

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li>Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies and industry benchmarks to attract high-calibre executive talents</li>

<li>Utilise a variety of sourcing methods including direct search, networking, industry events, and online platforms to identify potential candidates</li>

<li>Lead the end-to-end executive recruitment process, providing an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring timely communication, transparency, and professionalism</li>

<li>Build and maintain a strong network of executive candidates through ongoing relationship management</li>

<li>Develop and maintain talent maps for key positions of the company, ensuring a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs</li>

<li>Work closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies</li>

<li>Track and report on key recruitment metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership</li>

<li>Use data-driven insights and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>4+ years of proven experience in recruitment with expertise hiring for executive level positions</li>

<li>Strong understanding of leadership assessment, and industry-specific talent acquisition strategies</li>

<li>Strong understanding of executive search methodologies, tools, and best practices</li>

<li>Expertise hiring on international markets</li>

<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders</li>

<li>Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li>

<li>Proficient in using ATS and other recruitment technologies</li>

<li>Excellent written and verbal English skills</li>
