<p>Here's the nitty gritty:&nbsp;</p>

<ul>

<li><br>Strong reconciliation and balance sheet analysis skills</li>

<li><br>General ledger experience</li>

<li><br>Understanding of monthly financial statement reporting</li>

<li><br>The ability to manage and communicate effectively with multiple clients/companies, as well as peers</li>

<li><br>The ability to organize work, set priorities, follow-up, and work proactively, accurately and with minimal supervision</li>

<li>Motivated, self-directed and detail-oriented</li>

<li><br>Strong desire to support Non Profit Organizations and their Missions</li>

</ul>

<p>Qualifications and Skills</p>

<ul>

<li><br>QuickBooks familiarity a must</li>

<li><br>Experience with Excel and other MS Office applications required</li>

<li><br>Comfortable using technology</li>

<li><br>3-4 years of experience in accounting or related field</li>

<li><br>Bachelor's Degree in accounting or related field (i.e. Business Management, general business degree, etc.)</li>
