This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career recruiter or HR professional looking to build&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;in university recruiting, talent acquisition,&nbsp;programme&nbsp;management, and employer branding within a global technology company.&nbsp;</p><p></p><p>Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, universities, and business stakeholders, you will play&nbsp;an important role&nbsp;in delivering&nbsp;an exceptional&nbsp;experience for candidates and interns while contributing to the growth of Qualcomm's future talent pipeline.&nbsp;</p><p></p><p>This position&nbsp;provides&nbsp;an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to strategic talent acquisition, stakeholder management, university relations, and&nbsp;programme&nbsp;delivery within a global&nbsp;organisation.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><b>Responsibilities</b>&nbsp;</p><ul><li><p>Support the delivery of Qualcomm's EMEA campus recruiting strategy by attracting, engaging, and hiring top early-career talent across multiple countries.&nbsp;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Execute&nbsp;the end-to-end recruitment process for internship and graduate hiring&nbsp;programmes, including candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, onboarding support, and stakeholder communication.&nbsp;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, HR teams, and business stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment&nbsp;lifecycle.&nbsp;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Plan and execute&nbsp;university engagement activities,&nbsp;careers&nbsp;fairs, networking events, employer branding initiatives, and campus recruitment campaigns.&nbsp;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Assist&nbsp;in the delivery of Qualcomm's internship&nbsp;programme, including intern onboarding, communications, engagement activities, professional development events, and networking opportunities.&nbsp;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Maintain&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;recruitment data,&nbsp;programme&nbsp;metrics, and candidate records while supporting reporting and analysis efforts.&nbsp;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Represent Qualcomm professionally at both virtual and in-person events while promoting our culture, technology, and career opportunities.&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u><b>Minimum Qualifications:</b></u></p>• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.<br> OR<br>Associate's degree and 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.<br> OR<br>High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.<br><br>*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.<p></p><p></p><p><b>Additional Minimum Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>Experience in&nbsp;Recruitment,&nbsp;Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, University Relations, Event Management, or&nbsp;a related field.&nbsp;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong&nbsp;organisational&nbsp;skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.&nbsp;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.&nbsp;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.&nbsp;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Proficiency&nbsp;with Microsoft Office applications and virtual collaboration tools.&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b>&nbsp;</p><ul><li><p>3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in the technology industry.&nbsp;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>&nbsp;1+&nbsp;year&nbsp;of work experience in one or more of the following areas: ATS (i.e., Workday), sourcing, interviewing, compensation, and benefits.&nbsp;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Previous&nbsp;experience supporting recruitment, HR, events, customer service, or&nbsp;programme&nbsp;administration.&nbsp;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Experience working with students, universities, or early-career talent&nbsp;programmes.&nbsp;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Continuous&nbsp;improvement mindset with a curiosity for AI driven efficiency.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Interest&nbsp;in talent acquisition, employer branding, and university recruiting.&nbsp;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Interest in working across multiple countries and&nbsp;understanding&nbsp;hiring related rules and regulations unique to each country.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Experience coordinating projects or events.&nbsp;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>*References to a particular number of years experience are for indicative purposes only.
