IT Infrastructure Engineer (System & Network)

Job Responsibilities

<li>Manage and maintain virtualization platforms (Hyper-V and VMware)</li>

<li>Administer and support Windows Server environments</li>

<li>Design, implement, and troubleshoot network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall)</li>

<li>Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services</li>

<li>Perform system upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance</li>

<li>Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues</li>

<li>Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes</li>

<li>Maintain proper documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures</li>

<li>Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for project implementation and support</li>

Job Requirements

<h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3>

<li>Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field</li>

<li>Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in system and network administration</li>

<li>Hands-on experience with:

</li><li>Hyper-V and/or VMware virtualization platforms</li>

<li>Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)</li>

<li>Network infrastructure (switching, routing, firewall)</li>

<h3><strong>Preferred / Added Advantage</strong></h3>

<li>Experience with Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA)</li>

<li>Experience with Network Access Control (NAC) solutions (e.g., Cisco ISE, FortiNAC)</li>

<li>Familiarity with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, networking, identity)</li>

<li>Knowledge of security best practices and frameworks</li>

<li>Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Azure)</li>
