<p>Varda Space Industries is looking for a highly motivated&nbsp;<strong>Inventory Specialist</strong> to join the supply chain team. We are looking for creative candidates who will contribute to development efforts in improving pharmaceuticals with microgravity.&nbsp; As an Inventory Specialist at Varda, you will play a critical role in maintaining inventory operations to enable us to build our spacecraft. Varda is a start-up, so you will have the opportunity to influence our processes and step outside the box.</p>

<p>The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with inventory, possesses high attention to detail, and shares a commitment to quality and accuracy.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Properly store material in inventory</li>

<li>Prepare kits of materials requested within ERP system</li>

<li>Monitor inventory shelf life and stock levels</li>

<li>Perform inventory counts</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>1-2+ years of experience with receiving inventory, inspecting inventory, or preparing kits</li>

<li>Proficiency with Microsoft office and ERP systems or equivalent software</li>

<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.</li>

<li>Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality</li>

<li>Lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted&nbsp;</li>

<li>High school diploma, GED, trade school certificate, or equivalent hands-on experience.</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Experience operating a forklift</li>

<li>Ability to communicate effectively with external suppliers and internal employees</li>

</ul>

<h2>Pay Range</h2>

<ul>

<li>Analyst Level: $27.88 to $37 per hour</li>

<li>Associate Level: $35 to $48 per hour</li>

<li>This role is&nbsp;on-site<strong>&nbsp;</strong>in El Segundo, CA</li>

<li>Leveling and base salary is determined by job-related skills, education level, experience level, and job performance</li>

<li>You will be eligible for incentives in the form of stock options and/or long-term cash awards</li>
