This is the Invention Age - and this is where you come in.</p><p></p><p><u><b>General Summary:</b></u></p><ul><li>Plan and analyze the WIP, resources and activities in ensuring line continuity.</li><li>Effective line management and lot movement to meet OTD.</li><li>Coordinate with planner in production schedule to maximize the line utilization.</li><li>Implement effective work methodologies to ensure consistently high-quality output and productivity.</li><li>Together with engineering team, effective execution of assigned WI, SOP and target.</li><li>Drive together with Engineers in minimizing scraps and mishandling in the line.</li><li>Establish cross-training plans and proper certifications and re-certifications for respective team.</li><li>Responsible in managing the shift manpower and achieving the turnover target.</li><li>Compliance with CSR, EHS, QM, ESD, 5S standard and cleanroom protocol.</li></ul><p><b>Education/Experience Requirements</b></p><ul><li>Minimum a Diploma/Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.</li><li>Experience in high volume production of electronics components in an MNC or semi-conductor industry.</li><li>Strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Able to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines.</li><li>Experienced with computer systems and proficient with software applications such as MS Power Point, Excel and Word.</li></ul><p><b>Skills, Abilities &amp; Knowledge</b></p><ul><li>Process and equipment knowledge.</li><li>Systematic troubleshooting skill in problem solving.
