Software Engineer (Go)

<p>Your responsibilities will include:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Designing and Implementing features, enhancements and e2e tests for our flagship product – Cirrus Migrate Cloud and its Cloud SaaS offering</li><li>Analyzing and solving challenging problems&nbsp;</li><li>Working with an open-minded team in a company with a flat organizational structure&nbsp;</li><li>Always being encouraged to innovate when crafting solutions to particularly thorny issues&nbsp;</li><li>Working on both Cloud Services and System Software, at scale&nbsp;</li><li>Contributing to multiple, varied phases of our development through planning, design, implementation, DevOps, testing and automation&nbsp;</li><li>Selecting your own preferred cutting-edge technologies and tools&nbsp;</li><li>Programming in Go, Python, and other languages&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>Required qualifications for this position are:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>2+ years of experience in software development&nbsp;</li><li>Experience developing well-engineered, testable code in a modern programming language (primarily in Go)&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with containerization (Docker and Kubernetes)&nbsp;</li><li>An appreciate of clean architecture and design patterns&nbsp;</li><li>A desire to learn and to adopt to new technologies under dynamic timeframes&nbsp;</li><li>An open mind to develop state-of-the-art, high-quality products for our users&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with Linux operating systems and interest in enterprise-level system applications&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with database programming&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Extra consideration given to candidates who have:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Production-Ready Experience with development in Go&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with distributed applications (gRPC, S3, Redis)</li><li>Knowledge in SAN and cloud storage architecture&nbsp;</li><li>Front-end development knowledge/experience</li></ul>
